By-Laws of End Time Warriors Ministry
The following Bi-laws have been adopted by End Time Warrior Ministry (ETW M/M).
Their purpose is not to give a list of do’s and don’ts, but rather to aid the ministry in achieving its purpose of
fulfilling the Great Commission (Matt. 28:16-20).
1) Mission Statement
ETW M/M is committed to show the love of God and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to a
dieing world.
2) Statement of Beliefs
ETW M/M holds the following to be foundational truths.
A) The Bible is the inerrant word of God
B) Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin.
C) Jesus Christ lived a sinless life on earth, died on the cross for the atonement of man’s sin rose
from the dead three days later and ascended to Heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father.
D) Baptism of the Holy Spirit with signs and wonders following.
E) Salvation through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
3) Membership Requirements
A) Profess Jesus Christ as Lord and personal savior. (be born again)
B) Have a desire to minister to the motorcycle community.
C) Lead a lifestyle that brings glory to God.
D) Sign the ownership of colors agreement.
4) Expected Standards of Conduct While Representing ETW M/M
End Time Warriors believes the Bible to be the final authority. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance that
each and every member/prospect realize and understand that while you are representing End Time Warriors
Motorcycle Ministry, you are, in effect, representing the Lord Jesus Christ, His will and His Word- The Bible,
and His bride the Church. Therefore, when representing ETW M/M, each member/prospect is expected and
required to live up to the highest standards of conduct on any issue regardless of your personal beliefs on that
issue. All members of ETW M/M are expected to maintain behaviors and lifestyles consistent with the
teachings found in the Holy Bible. Any member whose behavior or lifestyle is found to deviate from the
teachings of the Holy Bible (sin) shall be disciplined in accordance with disciplinary procedures outlined in
(Matt 18: 15-20). In all cases where matters will be brought before the members of the executive committee
who may, at their discretion, enforce whatever disciplinary they determine to be appropriate. Members will be
required to sign a statement that they agree to and will honor these By-laws while they represent ETW M/M.
That statement and a copy of the By-laws will be kept on file at the Chapter clubhouse.
5) Dues
ETW M/M members will pay annual dues of $100.00 due by the first week in January each calendar year.
Members who are experiencing financial hardship can elect to pay the $100.00 out over a period of 3 months.
Members who complete their prospect period and receive their patches during the course of the calendar year
will pay a prorated amount that reflects the remainder of that calendar year. The prorate will be based on the
quarter of the year that the prospect gets patched in. For example, if a prospect earns their patch at the end of
February (close to the end of the first quarter of that year) he/she will pay dues of $75.00 to reflect the
remaining three quarters of that year. Prospects will pay a fee of $25.00 when they begin their prospect
period, to help defray the costs of making the “ETW M/M Prospect” Patch.
Upon completion of the prospect requirements and upon payment of the first year’s dues, members will
receive the ETW M/M back patch.
6) Ownership of Colors
All ETW M/M back patches (colors) are the property of End Time Warriors Motorcycle Ministry and will be
returned promptly to the Chapter Secretary when a member leaves the Ministry.
7) Placement of ETW M/M Colors
The back patch of the End Time Warriors Motorcycle Ministry shall be worn on the back of a black leather
vest. No other patch, pin, etc may be within 2 inches above, below or next to it, and no more than 4 additional
items will be placed on the back of the vest. Copyright and Trademark initials are to be placed above the “S”
in “WARRIORS” bottom rocker. Prospects will wear the “Prospect” patch on the upper back of their vest until
they complete their prospect period. It will be the only patch on the back of the vest. From the side seams
forward, members and prospects may decorate the remaining space as desired.
8) Wearing of ETW M/M Colors
Only full members shall be allowed to wear the colors of End Time Warriors Motorcycle Ministry. Under no
circumstances shall a non member of ETW M/M including but not limited to husbands, wives, children, family
or friends of a member.
9) Executive Committee
An executive committee will govern each chapter. The voting positions of the executive committee will
consist of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Sergeant at Arms, and Road Captain. Other
offices may be added at the discretion of the executive committee. Changing of the executive committee is
under the discretion of Set Free Ministries.
10) Meetings
Chapter meetings will take place at the chapter clubhouse on a day and time decided by the chapter
executive committee. Chapter meetings will be open to the public. However, only full members may vote on
issues brought before the general assembly. Executive committee meetings will be held at the chapter
clubhouse on a day decided by the chapter president. Executive committee meetings will be closed.
11) Prospecting
To become a full member of ETW M/M, a prospective member should state their desire to become a full
member. A prospective member must be sponsored by and subsequently mentored by a full member. The
prospect period will be a minimum of 6 months but no more than a year. During the prospect period, the
prospect should attend as many chapter meetings, events, rides, and functions as possible. The sponsor is
responsible for educating the prospect in basic protocol, ministry structure, etc. Full membership will be
granted to prospects upon their agreement with the founding principles, signing the code of conduct
agreement, completing the prospect process and a majority vote of the executive committee of the chapter
where the prospect is applying. Any dissenting votes must be accompanied by a valid reason.
12) Commitments to Outside Organizations
Before a commitment is made by ETW M/M to an outside organization, promoter, show, etc, a vote of the
membership is to be taken to determine if there is enough interest in the membership to guarantee a good
turnout at the event. Any member, who votes yes, is in effect committing themselves to attend that event and
will be expected to be at the event with the exception of a true emergency. Any member voting no, is in effect,
saying they cannot attend the event and will not be required to attend. If 75% of the membership votes yes, the
event will be added to the ETW M/M calendar and members who voted yes will be required to attend. All
members voting no will be asked to attend if at all possible. If less than 75% of the membership vote’s yes,
then the event will not be added to the calendar and attendance will be at the discretion of individual members.
This vote will only be necessary if ETW M/M is making a commitment as a group to an outside organization
and is not necessary to decide to attend an event where a commitment has not been made as a group.
13) Amendments
These By-laws may be amended or changed at any time by a 4/5 vote of the executive committee.
